professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest in early childhood

education, ensuring your child receives exceptional care and instruction every day.

Safety and preparedness are top priorities. All Swift Start employees are certified in

Infant and Adult First Aid/CPR and have completed Oregon Food Handler’s training.

Additionally, each teacher undergoes an extensive background check and is enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry. Our lead teachers are highly qualified, with over 750 hours of in-classroom training and classroom management experience. Every classroom is led by at least one of these

experienced professionals, ensuring a supportive, nurturing environment where your

child can thrive.
